Stability in Karamoja-Babalanda urges religious leaders to convince the youth stop cattle rustling

The Minister for the Presidency Milly Babirye Babalanda has urged religious leaders in Karamoja sub region to persuade the youth to abandon the cattle rustling culture as it has left Karamoja under-developed.
She also urged religious leaders to encourage residents to embrace development and government programs like Emyooga, Parish development model among others.
Minister Babalanda was meeting the Seventh Day Adventist church leaders and Christians from the district of Amudat, Nabilatuk and Nakapiripirit districts, the meeting was held at Nakapiripirit Seventh day Adventist church in Nakapiripirit town council.
