1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Earl Grey Syrup
Egg White
Lemon Peel

Earl Grey Syrup:
Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and put three Earl Grey tea bags in the mix. Let steep for 10 minutes and let cool.
