INGREDIENTS:-

Chicken gravy:-

Oil (2 tbsp)
Lehsan adrak paste (2 tbsp)
Chicken breast (1.5 piece)
Sirka (2 tbsp)
Soy sauce (4 tbsp)
Chilli sauce (1.5 tbsp)
Namak (1 tbsp)
White mirch powder (1/2 tbsp)
Kali mirch powder (2 tsp)
Chilli garlic sauce (2 tbsp)
Ketchup (5 tbsp)
Lal mirch powder (1 tsp)
Zarda rang (pinch)
Corn flour (1.5 tbsp)

Egg noodles :-

(For noodles boiling)
Namak (1 tbsp)
Oil (1 tbsp)
Egg noodles (1 packet)

(For material)

Oil (4 tbsp)
Gajar (1 adad)
Sirka (1 tbsp)
Soy sauce (5 tbsp)
Chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
Band gobi (half adad)
Shimla mirch ( half adad)
Namak ( 1/2 tbsp)
Kali mirch (1/2 tbsp)
White mirch (1 tsp)
Hara payaz ( half bowl)

For boil rice :-

Chawal (2.5 glass)
Namak (1 tbsp)

For mayo sauce:-

Mayo (half cup)
Chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
Sirka (1 tsp)
Chilli garlic sauce (1 tbsp)
Ketchup (2 tbsp)
Namak (1/2 tsp)
Kali mirch (1/2 tsp)

For tarka :-

Chilli flakes ( pinch)
Lehsan
Hari mirchein

HOW TO MAKE:-

Chicken gravy bnany ky liye sb se phely oil me lehsan adrak ko fry kry gy then chicken ki strips add kry gy jb chicken ka colour change ho jaye ga to is me sauces , spices or ketchup add kry gy or pani dal ky tender kr ly gy then lal mirch powder or zarda rang add kry gy..phr corn flour dal ky thick hony tk cook kry gy..mazydar gravy tayar ha..

Noodles bnany ky liye sb se phely pani me namak or oil dal ky noodles ko cook kr ly gy..
Then material ready krein gy .. jin me oil me gajar fry krein gy or sirka or sauces add krein gy... then band gobi or shimla mirch add krein gy or spices add kr ky noodles add kr ky achi tarah se mix kr lein gy.. li jiye mazydar se egg noodles b tayar ha..

Boil rice ky liye simple namak me chawalo ko boil kr ly gy... agar ap fried rice ki recipe chahty ha to mere channel py already uploaded ha...

Sauce tayar krny ky liye mayo me sirka or sauces add krein gy sath hi ketchup or spices dal ky achi tarah se mix kr lein gy...

Tarky ky liye oil me lehsan or hari mirchein or chilli flakes add kry gy..

Last py sb se phely boil rice ya fried rice then noodles then gravy then sauce and last py tarka lga ky serve krein gy . Mazydar singaporean rice ready ha...
