habit and what habit is yours and the other thing as well is we don't always have the same eating habits in regards to timing so some people might need to eat little and often some people not might need to have two meals a day some people might need just one meal a day somebody might just need a breakfast and dinner you know yeah for the English people breakfast and tea it took me years to yeah anyway so learn about your rhythms of your food because it might be it might not be the case that because you might go well I'm eating really healthy and I'm still getting challenges here and there within my body and it could just be that you're eating too much or eating too little yeah

yeah so it's the rhythm of and the timing of when we eat because you know we get with a partner and they might have a different and you try and fit in with your partner and then that could change how you feel
