Trevor Phillips turns to the criticism that Labour has levelled at the government in the wake of the crisis around unsafe concrete in schools.

Labour has blasted the government for cutting the £55bn programme to rebuild schools.

Asked if the party would revive it with the attached price tag, shadow business secretary Jonathan Reynolds says schools are "just the latest thing to crumble in Tory Britain".

But he declines to discuss the money Labour would spend on schools, saying he would have to wait to see what the economy looks like if it enters office.
