Potential plans underway for high-speed trains across the U.S.

Brightline, a privately-owned rail company, is constructing a train connection from Miami to Orlando that will rival Amtrak's intracity passenger service with the use of high-speed trains, traveling up to 125 miles per hour. NBC News' Gadi Schwartz reports.
