Hi friends, follow along today to watch me make the easiest slow cooker granola basic recipe with very little effort! Kind of almost a "walk-away" method of making it! Let me know in the comments what you put in your granola so I can have some fun new ideas! Thanks for watching and God Bless!

Christine's Routines

Yield: 64 oz (Plus)
5 C oats (I use rolled oats) (not quick oats)
1 C sliced almonds
3/4 C dried cranberries
3/4 C dried coconut
3/4 C pepitas
1/2 C dried blueberries
2/3 C maple syrup
1/3 C coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 salt

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and stir until well combined. Turn on high for 1.5 hours uncovered, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, uncovered for 2 hours, until crispy and dry. Spread the granola out on parchment/wax paper lined baking sheets to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container, vacuum-sealed bag, dry can or freeze.
