Can you tame a wild Bearded Dragon? What about bathing it for the first time?

I rescued this bearded dragon. The people who had it never pet, touched, bathed, or took care of it. Now I am trying to tame it a little and give it its first bath. I don't know much about dragons but I have had snakes for a long time.
