A squirrel that I have been slowly making friends with, gets very close when coming for a peanut. I try to get it to take from my hand, it comes within a few inches, but won't do it, so I drop the peanut and it picks it up right away. We have done this probably 50 times now. One day, it will take from my hand. Stay tuned, so you don't miss it.

We enjoy feeding the animals and birds, it makes their short lives a little easier, better and hopefully a little longer. We're glad we are able to help and happy that they all come here day after day.
