Ingredients:

500 grams of chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless, as per your preference)
1 cup of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon of red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Coat the Chicken:

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours (overnight marination is even better for enhanced flavor).
Heat the Oil:

In a deep frying pan or kadai, heat enough oil for frying over medium-high heat. You'll need enough oil to submerge the chicken pieces.
Fry the Chicken:

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces one by one, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Fry in batches if necessary.
Fry the chicken until it turns golden brown and crispy. This should take about 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken pieces and the heat of your oil.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried chicken and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (if desired) and serve hot.
You can also serve the juicy chicken fry with lemon wedges for that extra zing.
