Eli Roth's Feminist Critiques of Horror Cinema

I used to think all the super-progressive, "do what you're told" horror knob-gobblers fawned over Eli Roth because of his association with Quentin Tarantino and the Hollywood Glitterati in general, but after talking to Hannah Neurotica from Ax Wound magazine, I realised there's a whole other side to Mr. Roth that perhaps you didn't realize.

In this clip, we examine Eli's powerful, eagle-eyed, third wave feminist analysis of Eliza Dushku's iconic performance in Rob Schmidt's 2003 survival horror, Wrong Turn.

I have to admit, Eli's a lot more thoughtful and sensitive than I ever gave him credit.
