Obama's EO 13676 became effective in November 2019 and being fully enforceable in March 2020. These actions prevented physicians from overprescribing Antibiotics to save patients if they wrote any earlier Rx's in the month to not go over the controlled limitations of A.S.P. and corporate hospital advisors group.

Physicians KNOWINGLY dishonored their Oaths to do no harm to their patients.
