00:08 Tools ( 20 & 24 guage wire, Chain nose pliers, round nose pliers, flush cutter, pearls of 2 sizes as you wish)
01:05 Determine base size of ear cuff
02:40 cut 20guage wire for the real size
03:05 Make eye pin on your wire
03:20 Insert pearls in
04:05 Make it curved
04:45 start making 2nd row with smaller pearls
05:05 attach both rows together
05:45 make and attach 3rd row
07:05 Add chain angling parts
