Single Arm Dumbbell Row

To perform the movement:
1. Find a bench and place the dumbbell next to it.
2. Put your hand on the bench and position both feet behind you so your back is parallel to the ground.
3. To begin the movement drive the elbow back and towards the hip and then slowly lower.
4. Allow the dumbbell to stretch the back of each rep at the bottom
