To perform the movement:
1. To get your feet in the correct position sit on the bench with your leg straight in front, where your feet are is where your front foot will go.
2. Place the back foot on the bench and grab dumbbells on either side of your front foot slowly bend the front knee until as low as mobility will allow and then return to the starting position
