This is Arabic Rice with Chicken Tikka. It is a fusion Arabic and Desi food (indian and Pakistani food).

Ingredients.

* For Chicken Marination

Chicken leg piece 4
Dahi half cup
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Redchilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed Red chili 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Vinger 2 tbsp

* For rice

Basmati Rice 2 cup
Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
Sliced green Capsicum half cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masla powder 1 tsp
Whole black pepper 8_10
Cloves 4
Green cardamom 2_3
Chicken cube 1
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Yellow food color 1 pinch
