My today's Recipe :
Jhinga jheenga or prawn tikka karahi is a lip-smacking dish that originates from Pakistan but i gave big turn in recipe and made it tikka style that is new concept It's a delightful combination of juicy grilled prawns cooked in a rich and flavorful tomato-based gravy. The prawns are usually marinated with a blend of aromatic spices including cumin coriander turmeric and red chili powder.

In a hot karahi (a traditional cooking utensil) the marinated prawns are sautéed with onions garlic and ginger and tomatoes until they turn pink and tender along with a medley of spices like garam masala, fenugreek leaves yogurt chopped coriendar and green chilies which add a delightful kick to the dish.
