Read the label. I just found out my Hellmans Mayo is made from bioengineered products.
Great Value cheese at Walmart doesnt burn , dont buy it!
Frozen Pizzas are also "bioengineered" products.

Buy from a local butcher if you can for meats.

I bought Driscoll Strawberries from California at Publix for an experiment. 2 weeks later the strawberries are still " fresh". No wonder theyre buy 1 get one free.

READ THE LABEL ALWAYS! If you cant pronounce an ingredient, more than likely its not good.
