COMCAST FUCKERY ENTERS THE CHAT

I explain how Comcast has no respect for its corporate partners and business relationships as they take 3 weeks for a basic installation while multiple times showing up without the pre-requisite task completed so they were unable to do any work that day til someone else came to do the pre requisite task, they came without the necessary tools and supplies( a wood saw and ladder) , they came without a second person to help them do a task that was a two-man job, and some days they didn’t even show up at all! The best part was that on the last day they came when they were supposed to bring the remaining 5 of a total of 9 cable boxes, 4 having been installed by them the previous week, they instead showed up with an additional 9!! giving us a surplus of 4 cable boxes that we didn’t even have TVs available to connect to and then they tried to strong arm us into paying for those! despite having literally no way to use them! All because they said that they were already under our contract and their serial number is assigned to us, and they couldn’t just give them back yet SOMEHOW after some phone calls and arguments apparently they did exactly that and just installed the 5 they were supposed to install today. 3 agonizing weeks later! If you have the choice and chance, choose anyone but Comcast!
