Shoring Up a Leaning Wooden Fence

I just had a new wooden fence installed by a contractor called Bilt-Rite Restoration here in central Arkansas. In less than 2 months, mild winds (and rain) have already led to the fence leaning which would have soon led to fence collapse. I emailed my insurance agent and they said "unfortunately I can't do anything about workmanship for you." That's probably true. Would need to file another claim and who knows what could happen with that. So, I contacted the contractor and left a text message. I had his personal number as I had other issues with the work being done. He never got back with me. I decided not to pursue it further. We'll keep the issues here only with fence design and build. 9 years earlier, I built the fence in the same location and it was 2 foot higher. It took a tornado to damage it. You can draw your own conclusions on the workmanship. So, let's get to fixing the issue and that is keeping it up and solid!
