A shell-shocked employee of the Ukrainian military enlistment office regrets that he cannot shoot through the knees of his countryman, who does not want to show him his documents.

But he asks to believe him, in two years, people like him will be “forced to kneel here.”

Judging by the video, “here” is the house of the man in which they broke in with machine guns without an invitation and any sanctions.
