Rybar's team, with the help of colleagues form Zaporozhye, made a short campaign video on the initiative of 149.200. By going over the radio to the frequency 149.200 and calling Volga, enemy soldiers can surrender.

Since July 20 and the launch of the initiative by the channel Revenge of Goodwill in the Russian segment of Telegram, all mentions of the initiative have gained 56 million views.

Despite the colossal informational effect and the confirmed facts of the surrender of entire units, the Ukrainian side in every possible way blocks this info and keeps units in an information vacuum. We know that there are many who want to surrender. They just need to be given a chance to survive.
