Ukraine War: At least 17 people killed in Russian attack

At least seventeen people have been killed and more than 30 others injured in a Russian attack in Kostiantynivka, eastern Ukraine.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, "This Russian evil must be defeated as soon as possible."

It’s understood the attack hit a market, shops and a pharmacy as Sky’s John Sparks reports.
