FCC Goes After GMRS User For Repeater Jamming - More FCC Enforcement On GMRS

I read the case of Jonathan A. Gutierrez, GMRS callsign WRTD259, of Steelton, Pennsylvania. The FCC has accused Jonathan Gutierrez of jamming a GMRS repeater and has issued a Notice Of Violation to Mr. Gutierrez for causing intentional interference, transmitting music and continuous tones, blocking use of the GMRS repeater, not transmitting his GMRS callsign, and transmitting on GMRS frequencies using a non-certified radio.
