The Spirit of The LORD Is Saying / THESE ARE THE DAYS OF GREATER THINGS

In Hebrews we are reminded that even Moses himself "..was so frightened at the sight (and sounds of GOD) that he said, 'I am terrified and trembling..things on earth will be shaken so that ONLY ETERNAL things will be left..for Our GOD IS a CONSUMING FIRE." (Hebrews 12:21, 27, 29)

But be of good courage and remember that Jesus has a word for His followers, God's adopted children:

"..greater works than these (that Jesus did during His life on earth) shall YOU (WE BELIEVERS) DO because I go to My Father.." (John 14:12) - and -

"I (Jesus) give you power (authority) OVER ALL the power of the enemy and that NOTHING (NO THING) shall by ANY MEANS hurt YOU." (Luke 10:19)

The Fear of God shown by Moses reveals that God in His being Himself and doing what He does the way He does - is a fearsome force to be truly feared; BUT; as Christians, though we recognize that aspect of our God, we are also reminded through Jesus Christ that God IS OUR FATHER AND LOVES US - and the fear we have is one of Love, Power, and Soundness - that can ONLY COME FROM GOD! Amen!
