Each exercise is designed to strengthen your serratus anterior, which can help improve your posture and reduce the risk of injury.

📝Exercise Instructions:

1. Pushup Plus: Begin in a push-up position, instead of lowering your body to the floor, protract your scapula by pushing your body away from the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
2. Core Roller: Begin kneeling on the floor, grasp the handles of your wheel with your arms extended. Engage your abs and slowly roll forward until your belly is just above the floor, keeping your arms extended in front of you. Return to starting position by rolling back into your knees.
3. Serratus Push with Roller: Place a foam roller against a wall and stand facing it. Place your hands on the foam roller with your arms flexed. Protract your scapula by pushing your body away from the wall while keeping your arms extended. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
