Introduction- it’s great to get this high energy flowing for these sessions without using ‘the commands’- but going straight in, through will-directed choice.
1.00 My topic is weather manipulation- I am sad about the weather beings biased against the children who get shut up in their classrooms when the weather is heaven, and ‘invited out’ in their holidays (vacation), when it is disgusting- because it is being deliberately manipulated.
Because I am fed up with this, I also know there must be something we can do.

2.18 Wilhelm Reich (1897-1957)- a little of his history AND his works with the weather…
3.05 Victor Schauberger (1885-1958) observer of water - vortices and its natural movement.
4.00 Schauberger and Reich were ‘kidnapped’ to the United States and their work turned against them and hidden.
5.00 Both of them found ways of manipulating the weather- creating rain. HAARP is probably a deviation of Tesla’s work- turned inside out for bad purposes of weather control.
5.40 Where did these geniuses get their information from?- Source Template, from the Divine- which means WE can also access information to temper this current manipulation.
5.55 My first idea tonight was to do some ’digital damage’ by using a higher frequency than electricity to do some binary code damage. HOWEVER as weather is a complex system, the human mind cannot compute it- it is really the “business of Gaia”- but she has not been allowed free rein, having this horrible matrix imposed upon her. What would you wish to have on your planet? Officially you have the four seasons. You still don’t truly know the structure of the earth, so it is a difficult thing to determine, isn’t it. However, there is a wish-pool, and there is some hope of something becoming a normal state: You wish the plants to grow. You wish the cycles to move through- the birth, the death, the disintegration the rebirth…and of course, the joys, for you, your children, of a world of nature working, functioning. The bees, the other insects, the plants, the trees, the animals and you. - oh the minerals and the rocks too: they all require these cycles and circles of nature. Let us see if we can tap you into some of the elements of the climate.

Is it possible for you to discuss, to share? - To enable me to understand through my human mind? - How we may possibly aid you, with our mind technology, through our wishes?
12.10 ( I make a long tone which was not recorded by the zoom microphone.) “We don’t know if that tone was recorded by the microphone but, the very clear, pure sound is symbolic for water speaking. Clear, pure resonance: the skies- people are feeling so much, aren’t they, yes. So much the dirt, the heaviness of this chemical compound, which is being put into that, and we are being told it is for our own protection; from, let us say, ‘combative alien races’. A sort of a shield process: that things may be detected, and held at bay, is what we are being told by certain factions of - white hats. We are noticing things shifting and changing and many aspects falling through from our skies and maybe hurting our bodies, and the plants and the animals. You are everywhere water,: in the skies, and the land and the beasts, and the plants and below. You are almost more that we …you are in every single thing - even the stones and the rocks contain your elements sometimes.
We know about the resonance principle: I use a crystal in my water for my cat, in her little bowl. For me now, I don’t use a filter, I just have a beautiful quartz crystal, and it emanates its frequency, and it programmes you, I know it does. - Into something beautiful, which I take into my body. It could taste better, because I maybe need to reprogrammed and add some more beauty to it. But I understand this patterning, this ‘inference wave’, where the lattice structure which is you can be spread.
14.03 The amazing thing is, if we have or water spreading in the quality of high vibrational resonance, as it goes down the drain, as it goes into the soil, as it evaporates into the air- this patterning can be changed, the very water in the very clouds, in the plants, can all be resonated into something of a higher form. The sound I just made, is an example of this.
14.42 “In Matsuri Emoto’s laboratory, he had the screaming and the yelling and the cursing, and he had the blessing and the singing and the sweetness. And the magnificent crystal pictures that were made after they were frozen, - these ‘pallets of water’ were shown as evidence to the humans of what can be patterned upon us. Every time you drink, and we move through your body and are evaporated out, or excreted, spat out; who cares? We move through you, we are affected by your body system. In the air at dusk, think of that: moisture-laden skies. When you walk through us, your electromagnetic field tempers ours. We shift and vibrate, we are so very flexible.
Your dear friend. Patrick Horsbrugh, who died not so very long ago, who’s life’s work was water, understood this in depth. His water work has not been published. It has been held back- but the Environs society -you may wish to go and have a look once more and see if you can dig up any more information. He understood that water is the prime resource. And it is the most ignorant idea on the world’s forum of control, ( my head turns to one side- ‘not Patrick’s’.). The ignorance is being seeded into you through everything you consume of that system. - That ‘matrixed’ system of what water is. And it is being taken and put in to those aspartame-laden drinks, and put into many, many things which it should not be done. And you all are told the scarcity, the impossibility of the eater. You are poisoned with the fluorides, and all manner of other natures thrown into us to degrade and infect. - For that is all those makers of the matrix knew how to do, to destroy and to…decimation. (I shake my head.)
17.00 That was their language, but yours is a different tone: you may start, literally, to tone into the water any time you are in the presence of thought. When you tone for your body, you sing in a purity of voice or speak, even, and demand that the consciousness of love and God and Source is pouring through you as you speak. You are moving and shifting our molecules every time: the H2O is within everything of your body. Allow this to be a part of your system.
Not the air! We can literally shake out those other elements; what do you think a thunder-cloud is? It is when those ionic exchanges happen: the seeding of a cloud is around those heavy molecules, those small sub-molecules in the sky. That is why they spread them in the sky: the water attracts to it. However, we can be tempered in our attraction. As we fall, we can be taught to let go of the ’dark’ of the bad, of the heavy minerals. We can find out lightness again. This is a field of great experimentation.
18.24 You really all must attempt this work. Start in your bodies. Move to your gardens, your plants, your animals. What about the water you bathe in and your teeth brushing, and your drinking? All of this, think of it as a process, do not isolate yourself from any part of the use of it. Start then moving into the wider environment: think of the mists and the clouds- or the aridity, the evaporation. Start talking to the air, in your thoughts. Your fingertips: remember, your hands are huge emanates of energy. And they literally transform with very very fine - it’s not magnetic lines- they are energetic. It’s that prank, chi, maybe what Juan o’ Savin would call the new science, the quantum fields that you are beginning to understand in the subtlety. Think of those EE systems and the need to drink water thoroughly and the need to use the borax to cleanse the body thereafter. These are thinks that need to be discussed and used and thought through. You are needing to change the way your water moves.
We have plenty. We do recycle within the earth and in areas that are not seeded ( with chemtrail heavy minerals). You may think the entire planet is seeded with these chemical clouds- they are not. It’s only in those certain dense areas where there is mass electronic communication, and around the cities and those ‘threatened’ - so they say, areas. And we can cleanse and process in others, however, yes. We are being directed into certain frameworks and patterns. And we need to be let loose and wild. - Freed form these bonds. And how?
20.30 It’s just the same way as your work yesterday: how do you as a human manifest? You must increase your energy. You must find a way to break through your perceived ceiling of what is high. What IS a true place to be? People still lounge around in deep depression, no wonder they cannot understand the higher levels of ecstatic and thrill. Chi sis where you must be for your manifestation and in the same way, we need to be excited to that level- the lightness of it. So that we may drop ‘the heavy’, which is being attached to us like little hooks. Enable us through your thoughts, for they have a resonance which can entrain us if your thoughts are harmonious, shaped with intent of love and goodness. - This, that you call, ‘purity’, it will emanate and structure us to it. Those beautiful snowflakes.”
