Kansas Dove Hunting 2023

Dove hunting over dove decoys and a flier decoy near a pond with a Franchi Affinity shotgun. Decoys did their job of pulling the doves in close for good shooting. A limit of doves on September 1st and September 2nd to start the hunting season off right. Will have some good eating with an old recipe I've use since I was a child. Dip breasts in whipped egg yolk, dip in flour and pan fry with one to two tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown. Remove and place in a glass 9 X 12 inch cake pan, pour cream of mushroom over the dove breasts and bake for one hour on 350 degree heat. Enjoy!
