Why We Should Eat Unleavened Bread

In the Bible unleavened bread was a sign of avoiding corruption which we should always do. And by eating bread without a rise to it, without the puffiness associated with bread, that we might avoid the same in our political and ethical lives. Sounds like a good idea as a general practice.
