Homemade cream cheese Pizza recipe without oven

Ingredients
1 ½ cups water

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tablespoon dried oregano

½ tablespoon dried basil

½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

salt and ground black pepper to taste

▢ dough preparation 2 cups all-purpose flour OR maida/bread flour

▢1 packet instant yeast² (2 ¼ teaspoon)

▢1 tablespoons sugar

▢1 tablespoon salt

▢1 teaspoon garlic powder and/or dried basil leaves optional

▢2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional

▢¾ cup warm water³ (175ml)

* Prepare Chicken:

1. Tikka masala 1 tbs

2.Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

3.½ tsp Zeera powder (Cumin powder)

4.1 & ½ tsp Lemon juice

5.1 cup Dahi (Yogurt) whisked

6.1 tbs Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste

7.1 tbs Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)

8.1 tbs Cream 4 tbs Chicken boneless cubes 600g

9.Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

10. cook until it becomes soft

*Assembling:

Pizza sauce Pyaz (Onion) cubes cheddar cheese as required Mozzarella cheese as required Black olives sliced Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes tomatoes sliced chicken Dried oregano
