Russia and Saudi Arabia to continue oil production cuts

Russia has announced an extension of its voluntary cut in oil exports, and the 300,000 barrels per day reduction caused a spike in the global oil price. Saudi Arabia has also pledged cuts adding to the surge. Khaled Mohammed Batarfi, a policy expert in Saudi Arabia, told RT that his country follows its own interests while ignoring pressure from 'certain partners.'
