Dining at a 17th Century Wooden Restaurant called Valašská Koliba Fojtka in a village called Hutisko-Solanec in Czech Republic, near the Slovak border. The first mention of Fojtka, as stated in the register in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, dates back to 1621. Inside the restaurant establishment was really big as soon as I entered I saw that they had sheep on the premises and loads of wooden benches and tables for seating area, there was also a outdoor play ground for children. At this establishment I discovered that they are available for family events, cooperate events, etc. The traditional food I ordered was a Bryndza dumplings with Wallachian bacon and the soup was Wallachian sourdough with smoked meat, sausage and potatoes. This restaurant definitely meet my expectations in regards to the food, service atmosphere everything was great.
