In this video I show how people prepare for the Christmas in Czech Republic. The fish people buy here mostly used for the Christmas is called “carp” and the tradition is that it is brought dead or alive them taken home and left in the bath tub and on Christmas Day it is prepared and fried, on the side with potato salad and also used to cook a carp fish soup.
