My Seedless Tomatoes vs Commercial Hybrid Tomatoes: July 13, 2023

Every year I trial my tomatoes against commercial, common varieties that are most of the time hybrids. I have trialed against typical heirlooms in the past, but really heirlooms have such a hard time producing so I decided that the true test is to go against "the best". This year it's Celebrity F1 and Better Boy F1. Two years ago, Brandybear outproduced Big Beef F1, Chef's Choice Red F1, Bella Rosa F1, Legend OP, and Bigdena F1. I didn't produce the video because I had to kill the trial at the beginning of August, but by then the heat was killing the competition and Brandybear was still kicking. This year, I went to Lowes and picked up a couple six packs that tons of gardeners get every year. The super-common Celebrity and Better Boy. This is just part of that trial. I'm recording the results in many ways and will hopefully share as I go.
