How to Store a Firearm in a Vehicle while in Maryland

Effective October 1, 2023, the state of Maryland has introduced some of the most dangerous firearm storage laws in the United States. You need to understand the new laws if you have a Maryland Wear and Carry Permit. Remember on this date, if you are in a building that you do not own, you no longer have constitutional protection to self-defense with a firearm in Maryland, unless the property owner permits you to have a 2nd Amendment right.
