Bitcoin Correction: Is 15% the Bear's Call or Bull's Start?

Wow! Bitcoin is down 15%, but I don't think this is the correction the bears have been calling for. If history is anything to go by, we should be seeing a correction of at least 30%, which would put us at around 17,000.
