Start from the warm-up workout. Start from the cycling, just walking, some of running. Choose which is your suitable, which your convenient workout. Then after you just start cardio session.

then after you just go from starting session the crunches, leg rise, jumping jack, leg standing leg rise, standing side leg rise, make sure you do the this all exercise in superset workouts so you can hit more on your abs, burn more fat from your body.

Between the all superset, make sure you are taking enough break, but not too much of break. You just need only one minute or one and half minute is enough for the body to recovery. And between the breaks, you need to drink water for generate easy recovery for your body.

Jumping Jack, Leg Raise, Mountain Climbing, Mountain Side Climbing, Push-Up Jump, these type of all workout if you are going to intense you need to be a super set and make sure you are doing proper form because these all workouts are heavy intensive for your heart and for your body fat.
