Why I say the media is lazy that seems to get most stories from Twitter

Somone pointed out that I said the media is lazy that seems to get most stories from Twitter rather than going out to get stories. If you look at any news site, most stories have been written by people sat in an office and just reading a post from twitter, or Facebook or some online media. They have in most cases not gone out to investigate. Often pics of a place are taken from street view in google maps.

In reality it means they could be reporting fake news.

But worst is where we see such as the BBC edit news articles to fit a narrative or remove and possibly not publish news articles, as they do in communist countries.

We expect this in communist countries, so such as a nuclear power station having blown up, may not in a communist country be reported.

Yet today we read how the BBC removed information from a news article as presumably it does not fit the narrative.

It is only a few months ago that the BBC put out a very edited interview with Andrew Tate then within a few hours removed the interview from YouTube. From this one could question how many other articles have such as the BBC put out that have been edited removing vital information. Or indeed how many news articles have such as the BBC not given us because it may go against a narrative or whatever.
