This teaching encourages us to grow in spiritual maturity and godliness. It emphasizes the importance of developing a deep relationship with God through prayer, studying Scripture, fellowshipping with other believers, and walking in holiness. God wants to perfect us into the image of Christ and calling to live virtuous, Kingdom-focused lives. We are given spiritual gifts and tools like speaking in tongues, healing the sick, and casting out demons to exercise God's dominion on the earth. But we must add to our faith by developing Christlike character through cultivating patience, self-control and love. Our spiritual growth unlocks greater dimensions of God's power and ushers us into the full operation of His Kingdom authority. This message challenges us to consistently nurture our relationship with Christ and not neglect the spiritual disciplines that position us to walk in divine empowerment.
