This recipe for Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders is the best you’ll ever have!

Chicken tenders are coated in protein powder, egg, and then with a Greek seasoned chicken flour mixture. Pan fried in extra virgin olive oil to get super crispy and flavorful. Then garnished with a generous amount of feta cheese, and serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping. Scrumptious!!

These protein packed gluten free chicken tenders a great finger food, and would make a fun end of summer party appetizer or meal.

Ingredients:
•1.5 lbs chicken tenders
•2 eggs, whisked
•1/2 cup Carnivore Crisps Chicken Flour
•1-2 Tbsp Greek seasoning
•1/2 cup Isopure protein powder, unflavored
•Feta cheese for garnish
•Tzatziki Sauce for serving (make your own, or pickup already made at the grocery)

Directions:
1. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine chicken flour & Greek seasoning together in a shallow bowl.
3. Add the Isopure protein to another shallow bowl.
4. Coat chicken tenders in protein powder, then the eggs, then in the chicken flour. Place coated chicken on a lined plate. Set aside
5. Add extra virgin olive oil to a pan (I line my pan with parchment paper for easy clean up). Fry the chicken in batches. About 8 to minutes. Drain on paper towels.
6. Garnish the cooked chicken tenders with a generous amount of crumbled feta cheese, and serve with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping
