Make sure to clean your skin thoroughly with the solution prior to going out on your daily grounded walk. Hopefully, if you have been watching my videos, you have started to apply the walking lessons. You want to walk barefoot on grass, dirt, sand, and cement for a BARE MINIMUM of 15 minutes a day, ideally at least 1 hour. We walk on grass, dirt, & sand to receive the benefits of grounding. We walk on the cement barefoot to help realign proper posture. The earth is a giant energy blanket, and when we walk barefoot on her soil, we receive her energy. The beneficial results that can come from frequent ground should not be underestimated. You must show up daily & do the grounding protocols to receive the infinite blessings of doing so. The results are accumulative, meaning they come over time.

Prior to leaving for your walk, try taking 200-400 mg of Magnesium. Magnesium saturation improves vitamin d synthesis. I prefer either Magnesium Glycinate or Magnesium Citrate. A good Magnesium complex is another great option. Below👇 are three of my favourite Magnesium supplements

If you do the walking protocols properly, you will be able to achieve multiple things all at once. You while grounding, you can get your daily sunlight, do your alchemical breathing exercises, increase circulation, nourish your skin, etc. We want to learn to maximize our time, and with doing the walking program properly, you will be able to do just that. You can also learn while walking by way of listening to my videos or other YouTube videos that you find beneficial & educational.

Another key to achieving maximal vitamin d synthesis is to consume an adequate amount of cholesterol. I consume my venom shake, or a variant of the venom shake every night to ensure this.

You will likely find that your grounding experience is more powerful if you do it while fasted. I fast for a minimum of 16 hours a day, & I never do my daily walking with food in my system. Fasting will help enliven your senses, which will ensure that you get more out of the experience. Remember, we are grounding ourselves and getting sunlight to absorb natural elemental energy. This is best achieved while in a fasted state.

After cleaning your skin, grounding, & absorbing sunlight, you are going to want to make sure your collagen levels are up. Excessive sunlight can cause collagen breakdown, so make sure you only get enough sun for it to be beneficial. Too much of a good thing can indeed be bad. I take 1-2 servings of collagen peptides powder every evening after I get back from my walk. You can simply add your collagen powder to the venom shake. This thickens the shake, adds beneficial anti-inflammatory proteins such as glycine & proline, & provides long lasting satiety.

The best way to invest in collagen is to buy bulk powder. If you buy it in capsules, it costs far too much and you will likely not be able to get a big enough dose without taking 15-25 capsules. This is not cost effective. Remember, we want to spend our money wisely.
