For those saying FEMA got the best of the White Hats:
A White Hat-controlled Arleigh Burke-class destroyer shot down a State Dept Boeing 767 carrying 180+ FEMA personell the agency recalled from Hawaii to go to Florida. Spotters confirmed no civilians/children were on the flight. I will post a full account tomorrow.

Mainstream media outlets reported yesterday, however, that FEMA will issue a nationwide test next month. FEMA has built a new EAS. I have known of this for the last two months but was asked not to report on it as White Hats have been attempting to locate the location of their new transmitter.
