Blueberry stuffed French toast waffles #breakfast #waffles #frenchtoast #blueberries

1 Loaf of sliced French Bread
1 1/2 – 2 cups Blueberries
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl, if you have one. ( this just makes it easier for dipping the bread ) Add Vanilla and mix together.
Be sure you spray your waffle iron with cooking spray. Once you’ve placed your pieces of egg dipped bread onto the waffle iron, gently use the back of the spoon (as seen above) to create a little dent in the middle of the bread.
Then place another piece of egg dipped bread on top of the blueberries
Now close up your waffle iron and cook.
