Day 7 - Ying and Yang - Create your own truth

When we simplify life down to a choice from an energetic level, we are left with our truth and anything that is not our truth, Soul and Ego

There are moments however where we are met with feelings that do not feel like our truth, there is a resistance or an un comfort somewhere, you just are unable to shift it.

This is the sweet spot

Are you able to sit with this an experience it as sadness?

This became a very defining moment for me when I was left on my own to experience sadness, and it kept coming out, it was as if I had turned the key, and all the old trapped emotions finally had somewhere to go and that was the light

Remember where our attention goes, energy flows, our attention is the light, our soul.

If we are love, and we are present in the moment and that darkness still presents itself, take it as sadness and be with that feeling

Words are our power, and words describe our emotions.

Love and Sadness

Let us start with Love - What words would you describe that feeling of love?

Going Within - Closing your eyes - Labels vs feelings

What words and labels would you or have you used for sadness? Write as any that come up for you?

This is a great way to use your gauge allowing you to make a choice of what emotion you are choosing to experience

Knowing that when you are now experiencing these emotions, you always can settle, observe and chose the label best describing what you are feeling.
