Trying Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge With Chocolate Drizzle.

Ingredients

-1/2 Cup Butter
-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Sweetener)
-1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
-1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
-Small amount of semi-sweet dark chocolate

In saucepan, melt butter (Medium heat) then add brown sugar. Stir constantly until it simmers and makes a thick caramel texture.

Remove from heat, and add peanut butter and vanilla, mix until smooth.

Line loaf pan with parchment paper, pour into pan.

Melt chocolate in microwave, (10 seconds at a time). Drizzle over fudge.

Freeze for 40 minutes (or until set, mine took 60 minutes).

Slice as desired. Store in freezer.

When ready to eat, take a piece out of the freezer and let it sit a few minutes. Not too long because they will melt in your mouth and in your hands. 2 net carbs per piece. This recipe is not mine.
