A victim of children’s cruelty, this stray lost his voice but not his spirit

Romeo was just one of the millions of strays running around Greece, but he happened to come across the wrong people at the wrong time. A rescuer in the area saw three kids dragging the dog by a rope around his neck. The damage was so bad, Romeo was at risk of dying from the damage done to his esophagus and trachea.
