What if We Get Tricked by Deceptive People? || Joshua 9:1-27 || Session 11

In this session we find Israel falling into disobedience when they are tricked by people of Canaan and make an agreement without consulting God. People of Canaan deceived Joshua and his men who make a pact that God had commanded them to avoid. We discuss Christians who need to be wiser with people who claim to be religious but are in reality wolves in sheep’s clothing. Questions in this session:

- Do evil forces disguise themselves today?
- Are there people today who use religion a tool for deceiving us?
- Should we expect to see deception?
- How can we keep our guard up but still help those in need?
- What should we do when our leaders make mistakes?
