On 8th of May 2023 I finished my first rotation on Everest. What does a rotation mean? It means that you go up to C3 to acclimatize and then come back for rest and waiting for summit push. You start (in the night) climbing Khumbu Icefall and reach C1 (6000m) where you will sleep one night. The next morning starting at 7 AM you go further to C2 (6400 m) where you will sleep one night for then to go further to C3 (7300 m) and come back to sleep at C2.
