Before you cancel me for preaching #HustleCulture, please hear me out.
Netflix is like a double quarter-pounder & with extra cheese, extra mayo, upsized.
Is it okay to have one every once in a while? Of course!
Will it make you sick if you eat it everyday? Definitely.
My point here is to help you understand the importance of regulating your cognitive diet, the same way you would with your food diet.
A lot of the content I create is intended for young professionals so if you think this is obvious, then it’s not for vou!
Also, I really hope you guys will stop quoting “Netflix” as a “hobby” during job interviews after this.
