Restored footage showing a dog fight between a US and a Japanese fighter. The Japanese fighter takes fire and goes down after a few strikes.

If you know what type of Japanese aircraft this is, please leave a comment. Unfortunately, I was unable to find information on this scene, It was amongst some other footage I'm working on. There didn't seem to be anything noted down about the pilot, aircraft, or aircraft they were firing at. Though, it's definitely a US plane being flown, I assumed It was a P-51
